LRQA is seeking experienced Food Safety Auditors throughout India to support the delivery of food safety, brand protection, operational compliance, and hospitality audit programs for leading global restaurant and hotel brands.

With increasing demand from multinational QSR operators, food service providers, and customer assurance programs, we are building a regional network of high-calibre contract auditors capable of delivering professional assessments across India's major metropolitan areas.

This opportunity is ideally suited to experienced food safety professionals seeking flexible contract assignments while working with internationally recognised brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct food safety audits within:
• Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
• Casual dining restaurants
• Assess compliance against:
• Client food safety standards
• HACCP programs
• Operational requirements
• Brand standards
• Local food regulations
• Evaluate:
• Food hygiene practices
• Allergen management
• Temperature control
• Cleaning and sanitation
• Pest control systems
• Food storage and handling
• Employee food safety practices
• Documentation and records
• Produce professional audit reports within required timelines.
• Represent LRQA professionally when engaging with restaurant managers, hotel leadership teams, franchise owners and corporate stakeholders.

Required Experience

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in one or more of the following:

• Food Safety Manager
• Quality Assurance Manager
• Hospitality Compliance Manager
• Food Safety Auditor
• Restaurant Operations Manager with food safety responsibility
• Hotel Hygiene, Quality or Compliance Manager
