Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, ensuring a hospitable and welcoming atmosphere.
• Efficiently manage the stocking of essential dining items like condiments and bread.
• Communicate with kitchen staff regarding order timing and assist in maintaining food presentation standards.
• Be responsive to guest needs post-food delivery, ensuring cleanliness and order in the dining area.
• Participate in team meetings to stay aligned with restaurant protocols.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a friendly, courteous demeanor.
• Proactively engage with guests to promote the café’s amenities and address any service issues.

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Skills and Experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
