The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

Food Runner – Dstrikt Steakhouse

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests, ensuring correct presentation and timing
• Support the service team by maintaining smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Ensure all dishes meet quality and presentation standards before serving
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a seamless dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, including proper mise en place
• Respond promptly to guest and team requests, contributing to a positive and professional service environment
• Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and brand service standards at all times

Your Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food & beverage or hospitality role is an advantage, ideally in a high-end or busy restaurant environment
• Basic understanding of food service procedures and guest service standards
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Good knowledge of German and English; additional languages are a plus

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.026,00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
