Job

Summary:
Bussers and food runners serve a supportive role in Club dining operations. Bussers are tasked with making tables ready with water and place settings, refilling water, clearing dishes, and supporting other service staff. Food runners collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to take food out to tables with precision, and assist kitchen staff with light duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learns and utilizes table and seat numbers to deliver items to the correct table and Member.
- Preset all tables for service.
- Preset waters at each table according to reservations prior to Member arrival.
- Assist servers with table service and Member requests.
- Remove glassware, China, and silverware from the dining table upon completion of a Members meal and deliver these items to the correct location in the dish area.
- Transport food items to and from the kitchen.
- Assist servers with table service and Member requests.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, sanitation and presentation of all restaurants and kitchen spaces.
- Complete all opening and closing duties.
- Assist servers with all side work duties including restocking all service items, cleaning service areas, etc.
- Ensure all tables are properly bussed, cleaned, reset, and balanced throughout service.

Education:
- High School diploma

Experience:
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
Working Conditions:
- Part time
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
Salary and Benefits:
- 16$-19$ per hour
