About the Team:
Help Create a Food Experience People Love. As part of our Workplace Catering Service team, you'll help create food experiences that employees enjoy and look forward to. From supporting daily food operations and working with catering partners to improving programs and using data to solve problems, you'll see the impact of your work every day. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how food programs operate in a fast-paced, global workplace. You'll work with different teams, support projects, build relationships with vendors and stakeholders, analyse feedback and data, and help create better experiences for employees.
You'll have the opportunity to build skills across food operations, program and project management, vendor management, data analysis, food safety, budgeting and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Help Deliver Great Food Experiences: Support the day-to-day delivery of food and catering services, helping to ensure employees receive a high-quality, consistent, and enjoyable experience.
- Work with Food Partners & Vendors: Support the management of catering and food service vendors. Build relationships with partners, monitor service performance, and help identify opportunities to improve quality, service, and operational delivery.
- Improve Food Programs: Support food-related projects and operational improvements based on employee feedback, satisfaction, and operational data. Help identify issues, research solutions, and contribute to the development of programs, policies, guidelines, and processes.
- Maintain High Quality Standards: Help monitor food quality, presentation, taste and service standards. Use feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities to improve consistency and the overall food experience.
- Learn Food Operations: Support the coordination and optimisation of food operations, including inventory, staffing, scheduling, regional coverage and maintenance. Gain exposure to how large-scale workplace food programs are planned and managed.
- Support Food Safety & Compliance: Partner with vendors, safety teams and other stakeholders to support compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation requirements, health codes and company standards. Help ensure issues are identified and addressed promptly.
- Manage Budgets & Resources: Help track budgets, expenses, procurement, supplies and resources. Use data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support cost optimisation.
- Turn Data into Ideas: Collect and analyse information from employee feedback, operational performance and other sources. Create reports, identify trends and use insights to recommend practical improvements.
- Work Across Different Teams: Build relationships and collaborate with teams across Workplace, Safety, Facilities, Real Estate, Finance and other functions to help deliver successful food programs and projects.
- Support & Own Projects: Get involved in projects from start to finish. Help coordinate timelines, track actions, communicate updates, and support the successful delivery of food programs and operational improvements.
- Bring Ideas & Keep Improving: We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and enjoys figuring things out. Bring new ideas, challenge existing ways of working and help identify smarter ways to improve food services and the employee experience.
- Support Brand & Risk Management: Help support initiatives that strengthen the food program and assist with identifying, escalating, and addressing potential operational risks or service disruptions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Hospitality or Catering Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience managing food programs at a large scale.
- Comfortable working with data and everyday tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, email, collaboration platforms) and eager to learn new systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a reliable, follow-through mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Genuine interest in food operations, hospitality, and improving the employee experience.
- Curiosity and a proactive, problem-solving attitude: comfortable asking questions, taking initiative, and learning how large-scale food programs run.
- Exposure to any of: vendor or supplier coordination, food safety/sanitation basics, event or project support, or customer/guest service.
- Ability to analyze feedback or operational data and translate it into simple, practical recommendations.
- Adaptable and collaborative, able to work across teams and stay organized in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to offices across applicable regions and to grow within a global workplace team.
