Job Description

To produce and pack pizza dough to be shipped to Papa Gino’s restaurant.

  • Runs food processing and dough making equipment.
  • Prepares dough racks and boxes for packing dough.
  • Observes dough weights and makes sure weight is accurate.
  • Cuts dough up to 600 pounds per batch.
  • Packs dough in dough boxes and labels boxes. Puts dough in walk in refrigerator.
  • Washes dough boxes.
  • Maintains, cleans and sanitizes all dough making equipment.
  • Maintains cleanliness of commissary production area including sweeping and mopping of all flo

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to clearly and articulately communicate with team members and guests.
  • Ability to interact professionally and appropriately with all team members and guests.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and push or pull up to 350 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, lift, and work on feet for 8 or more hours per day.
  • Ability to work early morning hours sometimes before 6am
