Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor attendance, activity implementation and performance evaluation.
Conducts product demonstration and presentation, if needed.
Check Daily Time Record (DTR), weekly liquidations, and revolving fund replenishment.
Ensure completeness of hiring requirements.
Train all direct reports and front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills
Ensures team compliance to agreed KPIs
Establish an outstanding relationship with the principal
Demonstrate good operational control and effective strategy implementation.
Preparation of weekly or monthly reports, market situation, and other client requirements.
Checking employee inventories needs and monitoring requisition.
Effective implementation of workplace policies, guidelines, goals, and objectives.
Attends client coordination meetings.
Regular area visits and work with the Product Representatives.
Cascading instructions and directions of the company
Should be on top of the operation and situations.
Job Qualifications:
Candidates must have a two- or four-year degree in Business Management or any courses related
With 2- or 3-years Experience or exposure in Manufacturing, Food Service Industry.
Ability to demonstrate and uphold good leadership, delegate task, administrative management, and organizational skill.
Knowledgeable in MS Office, Google Documents, email reverting, etc.
Has strong written and oral communication skills
