What Will You Be Doing?

As a Production & Packaging Associate, you'll help make and package the JJ's Pies and crispies our customers know and love!

Your day may include:

• Helping prepare, produce, and package our delicious pies.
• Working alongside teammates on our production and packaging lines.
• Inspecting products to make sure they meet our quality standards.
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Following food safety and quality guidelines.
• Learning different positions throughout the production process.

Requirements

What Are We Looking For?

You don't need a fancy résumé or years of experience. We're looking for people who:

• Are dependable and show up ready to work.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Can follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Are comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks throughout their shift.
• Can meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds when required, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.
• Are at least 18 years old.

Available Shifts

1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities

Full-time positions with 8- or 12-hour shifts depending on department and scheduling needs. Overtime and weekend work may be required.
