The Salvation Army Minneapolis Parkview Corps is committed to “Doing the Most Good” by providing holistic, person-centered services to individuals and families. Through worship services and pastoral care, alongside social services, the Corps supports the spiritual and practical needs of the community. Services include short- and long-term case management; food, clothing, utility, rent, and housing assistance; shelter and housing programs; and connections to community resources.
The Food Pantry Assistant is a temporary position responsible for supporting the daily operations of the food shelf by receiving, organizing, storing, and distributing food and other donated items. The Assistant maintains inventory, ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, assists volunteers, and provides courteous, person-centered service to participants while helping ensure efficient and effective food pantry operations.
$16.56 - $18 per hour, 9 hours a week
