Position Title: Food Lead- Pizza Hut

Location: Onsite

As a Food Lead, you are responsible for managing your restaurant’s team and operationsYou will be responsible for driving restaurant profitability and managing your inventory levels. You are responsible for recruiting and hiring talent, while providing training and development to retain a customer focused workforce that will consistently provide superior guest experience

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day operations

• Hire talent

• Training and developing the team

• Manage employee performance

• Schedule employee shifts effectively to meet guest demand

• Drive store profitability

• Trains and directs team ensuring all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations

• You will build and foster a culture where the primary focus will always be on the guests’ needs

• Actively manage P&L and inventory by identifying store and category sales trends

• Forecast and analyze business trends and functionality within payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses

• Implement action plans to generate and drive additional sales opportunities

• Create an organized and process-oriented environment

• Communicate company objectives as necessary

• Set clear expectations for team members, track results, and manage performance for continuous improvement

• Schedule team members effectively to meet guest demand and deliver a superior experience while maintaining labor controls

• Forecast and analyze business trends and functionality within payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1-2 years of food service management experience in a similar working environment

• Must have valid driver's license and MVR

• Willing and able to work flexible shifts as needed including weekends, nights, and holidays

• Availability to be on call 24/7

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or GED is required
