Intertek Turkey office is looking for a “ Mineral Analyst” for its Food Laboratory team.

• Graduated from Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry departments of universities
• Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience
• Experienced in ICP MS/ICP OES devices and preferably in food, food contact materials and substances, and packaging analyses
• Familiar with the ISO 17025 Quality Management System, knowledgeable about laboratory accreditation processes, and customer-focused
• Competent in planning and organization, delegation, coordination, initiative-taking, time management, and crisis management
• Skilled in relationship management and teamwork
• Possessing analytical thinking skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Ensuring, maintaining, monitoring, and continuously improving the compliance of all activities in the
• Mineral Unit of the Food Laboratory with the ISO 17025 Quality Management System
• Conducting accreditation processes for the department
• Performing analyses for which he/she is responsible on samples received by the laboratory in accordance with instructions and reporting them in a timely manner
• Conducting validation/verification studies
• Ensuring that records are kept regularly and completely
• Tracking laboratory consumables and standards
• Performing technical and administrative duties assigned to them within the quality management system.
