We are looking for an “ Analyst” for Intertek Turkey office Istanbul Food Laboratory Physics Unit.

• Graduates of university programs in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related fields
• Preferably with experience in a food laboratory or in the field of physical analysis
• Proficient in the use of laboratory instruments and equipment
• Possesses the ability to work carefully, methodically, and with a focus on results
• A team player
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct physical analyses of food samples
• Carry out sample acceptance, preparation, and analysis processes in accordance with procedures
• Recording and reporting test results
• Properly using laboratory equipment and performing daily checks
• Working in accordance with the quality management system, ISO 17025, and relevant procedures
• Maintaining complete raw data, worksheets, and records

• Contributing to laboratory organization, safety, and operational continuity.
