Food Laboratory Analyst (Pesticide)

We are seeking an “ Analyst” for the Pesticide Unit at the Intertek Turkey Istanbul Food Laboratory.

• Graduates of Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related programs
• Experienced in pesticide analysis (LC-MS/MS and/or GC-MS/MS is a plus)
• Knowledgeable about ISO 17025 quality systems
• With laboratory experience and at least 2 years of technical application skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
  

• Perform pesticide analyses (LC-MS/MS / GC-MS/MS)
• Lead method validation and development efforts
• Perform sample preparation, extraction, and cleanup procedures
• Conduct daily operation and basic maintenance checks of instruments
• Evaluate and report analysis results
• Work in accordance with the laboratory quality system
• Support internal quality control processes
• Complete analyses in accordance with TAT targets.
