Job Description

Main Job Responsibilities include:

1. Calculating and verifying the nutritional value of products in accordance with UAE and target market requirements.
   
2. Preparing and verifying ingredient lists in accordance with established procedures, correctly identifying allergens, and monitoring ingredient tolerances.
   
3. Monitoring packaging compliance with target market requirements, including mandatory information and language requirements.
   
4. Reviewing text and final packaging layouts, coordinating with designers and printers, and obtaining regulatory approvals before release.
   
5. Verifying the admissibility of marketing claims and managing recipe or packaging changes, assessing their impact on labeling.
   
6. Knowledge of Arabic is mandatory.
