Job Description

The Vacation Internationale (VI) Sales Team, part of Westgate Resorts, operates inside the iconic Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino. As members of the Westgate family, the VI Sales Team shares the company’s passion for hospitality, integrity, and exceptional guest experiences. This high-energy team introduces guests from around the world to Vacation Internationale’s flexible vacation ownership program, helping them explore a world of travel possibilities. Pay: $15.00 per hour

The Food and Beverage Hospitality Attendant position supports our Sales & Marketing teams by providing exceptional service to potential owners attending tours and presentations Thursday through Monday, generally from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This role ensures buffet and dining areas are clean, well-stocked, and inviting, creating a welcoming environment that enhances the guest experience during owner’s breakfast events. This role requires someone that is friendly, has strong interpersonal and organizational skills and a keen eye for the details. Individual who has a passion for people and being of service to others is required. Individuals must possess and adhere to the following company core values: Integrity Passion Work Ethic. A valid food handler’s card is required. In addition, this role will be cross trained to assist with front desk duties, including guest check-in and providing friendly, professional customer service.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintaining food and beverage, restock orders and replenish buffet items, including soups, salads, popcorn, desserts and beverages.
  • Prepare and maintain coffee and juice dispensers.
  • Monitor and dispose of garbage promptly and appropriately.
  • Clean and sanitize tables, chairs and dining surfaces.
  • Ensuring that all appliances and equipment, including the soda machine, are cleaned and maintained to our quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floors and dining areas.
  • Replenish and keep all drink stations clean.
  • Sweep and mop floors as needed to maintain safety and cleanliness.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance as scheduled.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1+ year of experience in hospitality, retail, or other service-related industries preferred.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain regular attendance as scheduled.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25-50 lbs., and perform cleaning tasks as required.
