As Food & Drink Manager / Director of Food & Drink, you will be responsible for bringing these different areas together into one successful, guest-focused and commercially strong operation. You will work closely with the Hotel Management Team and other departments to continuously develop the F&D strategy, team performance, service standards and profitability of the hotel.
