Job Description

We are hiring a Food Delivery Driver on behalf of a respected employer based in Europe The ideal candidates should be reliable, service-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced delivery environment

Responsibilities:

• Load, transport, and deliver food items to customers or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy, correct charges, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and time schedules, adhering to road and safety regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading food items from delivery vehicles.
• Collect payments from customers when required.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and handling complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean driving record and follow local transportation laws
• Prepare delivery reports and maintain necessary documentation
• Operate vehicles, including cars, vans, or motorcycles, as per job requirements
• Ensure proper handling of perishable food items to maintain quality and hygiene.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license for the country of employment.
• Previous experience in food delivery, courier services, or logistics is preferred.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
• Ability to walk, drive, and lift heavy food delivery packages for extended periods
• Knowledge of GPS systems and efficient route planning
• Basic English proficiency is an advantage for communicating with customers and restaurant staff
• Special licenses may be required to operate certain vehicles (e.g., motorcycles, delivery trucks).

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically demanding role requiring long hours of driving and carrying food packages.
• Primary work locations include restaurants, hotels, and delivery service hubs.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 600 - 900 EUR per month (depending on experience).
• Accommodation provided.
• Daily meals included.
• Transportation provided (at least one-way).
• Work permit assistance available.
