Job Description

What you'll need to have

• You have an amazing attention for details (like expiry dates) and can effortlessly juggle multiple competing priorities (like making sandwiches and keeping your work station sparkling clean).
• You are open to learning, have a general can-do attitude and are energized by teamwork.
• You’re not the type to ever be caught cutting corners because you’re so Health-and-Safety-conscious.
• You have at least 6 months of customer service experience in a similar environment (preferred but not required).
• You are totally cool with working in a physically demanding, fast-paced, environment.

A day in your life with us

• Meet and greet the customer, identify their overall needs to support and serve them in the best way by asking the right questions, provide advice about food content and menu choices, and ensure that they have everything they need. Handle any customer enquiries and complaints.
• Implement best practices and actions that enable commercialisation of food dishes and products for competitive advantage in selling points and in meeting with the customer. Merchandise and maintain the food dishes and products to secure food availability, quality, and presentation at the point of service.
• Ensure that the food production, service, and seating areas are clean, maintained, organised, and safe at the start, during and end of shift. Prepare and operate the Point-of-Sale solutions to take payment for customer orders.
• Create the daily food menu from preparation and production planning, using the ingredients and equipment to prepare, produce, cook, and serve the dishes/meals in line with operational and food safety requirements.
• Receive, store, and replenish stock items to secure safe and quality ingredients, and perform operational tasks connected to waste and inventory management processes.
