What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor food production equipment to ensure consistent quality output and efficient production flow.
• Own shipping, receiving, and inventory management activities including product verification and accurate documentation.
• Conduct equipment checks and support maintenance teams by identifying and reporting mechanical issues.
• Lead sanitation and changeover procedures to maintain the highest food safety standards.
• Partner with team members to train and develop Food Center Associate I employees on safety practices and operational procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, HACCP, and regulatory requirements across all production activities.

What You Bring:

• 1–3 years of experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment or machinery preferred.
• Basic understanding of food safety and quality control standards.
• Strong attention to detail and operational efficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated or production environments.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to train and support others.
