We're looking for friendly and customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As key members of our food service team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

  • Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen staff
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer questions about menu items, making recommendations when appropriate
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase revenue
  • Maintain knowledge of wine pairings and cocktail ingredients to provide informed recommendations
  • Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout service
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in side work duties such as restocking supplies and cleaning dining areas
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism
  • Assist in training new team members on service procedures and restaurant policies
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings to stay informed about menu changes, special events, or VIP guests
  • Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and responsible drinking practices

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanor
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail in food presentation and table settings
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
  • Diploma or degree in Hotel Management
  • Food handling certification preferred
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
