To ensure we maintain an exceptional experience for all our members and guests, we are seeking full time Food & Beverage Team Leaders to join the team and embark on a new and exciting challenge.

A day in the life

You’ll be an integral part of our F&B operations as you use your incredible management skills to lead a team of dedicated F&B professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests, daily.

We’re looking for someone who has experience in events and conferencing, is adaptable and who has a ‘can-do’ attitude. As a leader, you’ll help to set the standards by displaying a passion for hospitality and the motivation to deliver an exceptional level of service to our guests.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality superstar to take their next step with a company that provides excellent career development opportunities. The position is part-time, based on a 20-hour week and penalties are paid. You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands.

We’re looking for…

  • Previous supervisory/team leader experience in a fast-paced F&B environment
  • Previous experience in Conference and Events is highly desired
  • A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service
  • Extensive knowledge of F&B service procedures
  • A solid understanding of financial control
  • Knowledge of local food and wine producers
  • A valid Victorian RSA
  • Exceptional communication skills and a bright & friendly personality
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate your team
  • Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods (Christmas & New Year are essential)
  • Full working rights in Australia
