Food & Beverage Supervisor

for Kosea Boutique Hotel

About the role:

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will play a key role in managing the daily operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will assist in overseeing the F&B team, maintaining high standards of service, and upholding the quality of food and drinks offered.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise daily F&B operations and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food and beverage services.
• Assist in training, motivating, and developing a skilled F&B team that follows service standards and enhances guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve any complaints or issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and drinks, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Handle inventory management including ordering, stocking, and maintaining F&B supplies.
• Ensure that the F&B areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Participate in menu planning and collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal offerings.
• Assist in achieving financial goals through effective cost control and revenue management strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage sector.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support team members.
• Proficiency in using Restaurant Management Software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude.
