Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Operational Oversight: Support daily operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high performance.
  • Guest Experience Management: Ensure personalized service, handle guest feedback, and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
  • Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels, manage ordering, and control costs to optimize profitability.
  • Sales & Revenue Support: Drive upselling initiatives, monitor sales performance, and support revenue targets.
  • Compliance & Hygiene: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all outlet areas.
  • Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for seamless service delivery.
  • Food Safety Regulations: Ensuring that all food safety standards are met.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
  • Be physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered
  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role, preferably within a hotel, restaurant or similar hospitality environment.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Confident in leading, motivating and supporting Team Members during busy service periods.
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-focused environment.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
