About the Opportunity

Our Food & Beverage Supervisor - Bars you will play a key role in bringing our vision to life by leading day‑to‑day bar operations and creating a fun, professional environment that prides itself on delivering exceptional service and quality.

Working closely with the Bars Manager, you will help create a unique and memorable experience for members and guests. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will support and develop your team through on‑the‑job training, while using your passion for the beverage industry to set standards and lead by example.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead day‑to‑day bar operations in a boutique or high‑volume environment
• Deliver exceptional service standards across cocktails, beer and wine
• Support, train and develop team members through hands‑on leadership• Lead by example, displaying initiative, professionalism and a strong work ethic
• Contribute to cocktail creation and assist with beer and wine selection
• Foster a positive, fun and professional team culture


What you’ll need to be successful

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a boutique bar or high-volume bars.
  • A passion for the beverage industry with a strong passion for whiskey and premium spirits. Knowledge of cocktail, beer and wine also required.
  • A genuine love of hospitality and driven to deliver quality service.
  • The desire to lead by example, learn and display initiative.
  • Victorian RSA essential, barista and other relevant hospitality qualifications highly regarded.
  • WSET training preferred
