The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will play a key role in bringing the Flynn’s Italian experience to life each night.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the floor, enjoys setting the tone for service and takes pride in helping a team perform at its best. You will coordinate the team throughout each shift, keep service running smoothly and ensure every guest experience feels warm, attentive and unmistakably Flynn’s Italian.

Alongside leading service, you will help strengthen the commercial performance of the restaurant by supporting efficient operations, recognising revenue opportunities and building strong product knowledge across the team.

This is a part-time, permanent opportunity offering 24–38 hours per week across a rotating seven-day roster.

The Talent:

You are a confident and engaging hospitality leader who genuinely enjoys being on the floor. You know how to read a room, support the team through a busy service and create an atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, looked after and excited to return.

You will bring:

• Previous supervisory experience within a restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment
• A warm, polished and hands-on leadership style
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to guide, motivate and support a team
• A genuine passion for food, wine and creating memorable dining experiences
• The ability to remain calm, organised and solutions-focused during busy service periods
• A sound understanding of restaurant operations, cost control and commercial performance
• Experience using point-of-sale systems
• A current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
