Food & Beverage Supervisor

What’s on the menu for your next career move? As our new Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll help ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience – whether they’ve worked up an appetite for a full conference banquet or are just joining us for their favourite hot beverage.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Supervising and supporting a team of food and beverage colleagues, ensuring smooth daily operations
● Assisting in delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by maintaining high service standards
● Monitoring food and beverage quality and service standards in line with company policies and responsible business practices
● Supporting stock control, cost management, and basic reporting to help meet financial targets
● Overseeing daily operations across outlets, restaurants, and banquet functions, while coordinating with supervisors and team members

What we need from you

● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree / equivalent in Hotel Management, hospitality, or related field
● 2–4 years’ related experience, preferably in a supervisory role
● Must speak local language
● Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies
