Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking aFood & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic Food & BeverageTeam. The ideal candidate willbesomeonewith excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts ofmany,we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
What you will do
The Food & Beverage Supervisoris responsible forassistingthe Food & Beverage managementteam, butprimarily focusing on the Room Service operation. Responsibilities include; supervising the team, providingabove and beyondservice, handling guest complaints and being innovative with offerings and guest service. You will receive guestrequestand take action on guest needs, both expressed and unspoken. Intuition and articulation will be essential in successfully mastering the role.
What you bring
Knowledge of MICROS preferred
TABC & Food Handlers Certificationsrequired
Strong knowledge of food & beverage
Work authorization in the United States
