About the Opportunity
A permanent full‑time Food & Beverage Supervisor opportunity is available within the Bistro at RACV City Club.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Management team, this role is responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership and smooth operation of the Bistro, overseeing a team of Food & Beverage Attendants to ensure a consistently high standard of service for members and guests.

You will be a visible leader on the floor and a key point of contact for members and guests, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a welcoming and professional dining experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong organisation, time management, relationship‑building and people development skills.
As a leader, you will help set service standards by demonstrating a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Key responsibilities include:
• Lead and supervise daily Food & Beverage operations within the Bistro
• Oversee and support Food & Beverage Attendants to ensure service standards are consistently met
• Act as a key operational point of contact for members, guests and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate staffing, service flow and daily priorities to ensure smooth operations
Lead by example, fostering a positive, professional and engaged team culture
• Support training, coaching and development of team members
• Ensure compliance with service standards, policies and procedures

What you’ll need to be successful
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor role within a Bistro, restaurant or premium hospitality environment
• Experience within a 4–5 star hotel, club or resort highly regarded
• Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• A confident, hands‑on leadership style with a focus on team development
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine passion for hospitality
• Flexibility to work a rotating 7‑day roster, including evenings and weekends
