Job Description

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily café operations, ensuring high-quality beverage preparation, leading the barista team, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to approved recipes and quality standards.
• Lead, schedule, and monitor barista team performance.
• Train new staff and continuously develop team skills.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
• Support sales initiatives and suggest promotional ideas.
• Follow company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Barista, including supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of coffee types and brewing techniques.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Coffee certifications are an advantage.
