About the Role

Our client, a well-established hospitality group in Malta, is currently expanding its team and is looking for passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join its food & beverage operations.

Opportunities are available for experienced and motivated professionals across various hospitality roles, including Supervisors, Servers, Runners, Baristas, Bartenders, and Sommeliers Candidates should be enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times.
• 
  Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant and bar operations.
• 
  Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• 
  Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• 
  Prepare and serve coffees, beverages, cocktails, and wines where applicable.
• 
  Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and service areas.
• 
  Support team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• 
  Handle customer requests and resolve issues professionally.
• 
  Follow health, safety, hygiene, and company procedures at all times.
• 
  Supervisors will oversee daily operations, team coordination, and service standards.
• 
  Sommeliers will assist guests with wine recommendations and wine service.

Requirements

• 
  Candidates must be residing in Malta or hold a valid EU residence permit
• 
  Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage operations is preferred.
• 
  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 
  Fluent English is required; additional languages will be considered an asset.
• 
  Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 
  Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
• 
  Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
