求人内容

• Prepare the venue for service in accordance with standard operating procedures and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all work areas and equipment.
• Welcome guests warmly, build rapport with regular guests, and provide personalized, attentive service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages efficiently, and maximize sales through menu knowledge and upselling techniques.
• Maintain established standards of quality, service, product presentation, and cleanliness at all times.
• Support daily operations through inventory management, stock replenishment, ordering activities, and banquet service as required.

仕事内容

• 標準業務手順（SOP）に従い営業準備を行い、作業エリア・備品・機器の清潔および衛生管理を維持する。
• お客様を温かくお迎えし、常連のお客様との信頼関係を築きながら、一人ひとりに合わせたきめ細やかなサービスを提供する。
• 注文受付、料理・飲料の提供を正確かつ迅速に行い、メニュー提案やアップセルを通じて売上向上に貢献する。
• 品質、サービス、商品提供および清潔さに関する基準を常に遵守する。
• 在庫管理、発注業務、日常オペレーションおよび宴会サービスのサポートを行う。

資格

• Flexible and available to work shifts based on operational requirements, including early morning, daytime, and late-night hours.
• Resides within a reasonable commuting distance from the hotel to accommodate varying shift schedules.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese is preferred.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both local and international guests.

• 業務上の必要に応じて、早朝・日中・深夜を含むシフト勤務に柔軟に対応できる方。
• 各種シフト勤務に対応できるよう、ホテルへの通勤が可能な範囲にお住まいの方。
• 英語および日本語でのコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方歓迎。
• 優れたマルチタスク能力および時間管理能力をお持ちの方。
