About the role

We’re seeking an energetic and attentive Food & Beverage Server to join our team on a casual, flexible basis. You will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service across our dining outlets, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.

What you will do

  • Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all guests

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

  • Serve food and drinks to a high standard, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas at all times

  • Assist with setting up and closing of service areas, including tables and equipment

  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or queries

  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

  • Adhere to all food safety, health, and hygiene standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential – full training provided

  • Positive, friendly, and professional attitude

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • A team-oriented approach with a willingness to support colleagues

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Physical stamina to be on your feet for extended periods and carry trays/equipment.
