About the role
We’re seeking a friendly and attentive Food & Beverage Server to join our team on a permanent basis. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guests receive high-quality service in a professional and welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
What you will do
Prepare dining areas by setting up tables, chairs, linens, and tableware to the highest standards
Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide attentive, personalised service
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
Serve food and drinks while maintaining excellent presentation and quality standards
Anticipate guest needs and handle requests efficiently and professionally
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall restaurant environment
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in food & beverage service or hospitality is preferred but not essential – full training provided
Positive, friendly, and professional attitude with a passion for customer service
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical stamina to remain on your feet for extended periods and carry trays.
