The Food and Beverage Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager in delivering the full bar vision, with a special focus on cocktail programs and the Listening Room experiences. You act as a barroom curator, guiding guests through thoughtfully crafted drinks, sensory experiences, and discovery-led service moments. This role balances operational responsibility with creative execution, ensuring every pour, playlist, and tableside ritual is intentional.
You are socially confident, perceptive, and energetic, thriving in environments where energy shifts from day to night. You find purpose in shaping both the guest experience and the team behind it.
