The Role:

This role reports directly into HISTORY’sSeniorFood and BeverageManagerwhile managing the fullscope ofthe F&B department.Thisincludes butis not limitedtomanagement ofover 60F&BStaff,creating engaging sales incentives,allwhilelearning andoperatingthePoint of Saleand inventory management systemsto maximize efficiency andprofitabilityYou will oversee guest and employee satisfactionwhilemaintainingstandardsand exceeding various other goals
Responsibilities:
Uphold exceptional customer service standards, ensuring all guests receive prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable service.
Maintain full compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as in-house and provincial alcohol policies and procedures.
Manage liquor and beer inventory alongside the F&BSenior Manager,including ordering andmaintainingpar levels to ensure adequate stockfor all events.
Assists the Senior F&B Manager with month-end inventory counts, reconciliation, reporting, and variance tracking to ensureaccurateinventory records and operational accountability.
Assists the Senior F&B Manager inmaintainingand managing the Yellow Dog inventory system, including data entry, inventory adjustments, reporting, and ensuring inventory informationremainsaccurateand up to date.
Drive guest satisfaction and venue profitability by ensuring all Food & Beverage operations and service outletsoperateefficiently and atoptimalperformance.
Develop F&B Staff service standards,engagement andtraining programsand various checklistsand procedures.
Oversee venue floor operations, responding to changing servicedemandsand providing direct support to staffand guests.
Proficient in the POS system and supports staff in resolving technical issues to ensure seamless event operations.
Support newhireson boardingand training, setting up new team members for ultimate success.
Collaborate with Kitchen,bartenders, servers,and the barback teamto ensure product knowledge, quality,consistencyand speed of service standards are met.
Monitors product quality, presentation, and consistency of all food and beverage offerings.
Ability tomaintainpartnership agreements and execute to a high degree.
SupportSpecialEventscuration,executionandoverallneeds
Adhere toprovincialregulated Health & Safety guidelines as per the Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) as well asLive Nation’sglobal standards by liaising with internal and external stake holders to promote a clean and safe work environment, using daily checklists
Address guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications
Must have3+ years’ experience in food & beverage operations with a proventrack recordof leading a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation in a fast paced and demanding environment.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster positive connections with guests, staff, and management.
Must have supervisory,coachingand staff development experience
Musthave a strong business aptitude
Must be Smart Serve Certified andat least19 years of age or older
Knowledgeable in a wide range of spirits, beers, wines, and champagnes; mixology and cocktail experience is a plus.
Experience using point of salesand inventorysystems;Square& Yellow Dogexperienceanasset butnotrequired
Demonstrates the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and loud environment.
A passion for live events and desire to ensure everyFan'sexperience is exceptional!
Physical Demands/Working Environment
Fast-paced work environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
Ability tolift upto 75 lbs. asrequired
Flexible schedule, including days, nights,weekendsand holidays.
Position requires extended periods of standing, as well as frequent bending and stooping.
Ability to wear andoperatean earpiece for radio communication.
