We are looking for a versatile Food & Beverage Manager to support daily operations in our in-house and branded restaurants, conference/banquet facilities and related food and beverage hotel locations. This role ensures smooth service, strong team leadership, and exceptional guest experiences across all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise front-of-house restaurant and banquet staff, ensuring brand and operating standards, policies and procedures are consistently applied by restaurant staff. Standards and staff perform tasks in a safe, effective and efficient manner and in full accordance with steps of service protocols and changing business demands.
• Train, coach, motivate, and evaluate employee performance/ provide corrective discipline as required associates; ensure proper company and property grooming and uniform standards.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, payroll support, and daily administrative restaurant tasks/reports as assigned.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction is maintained throughout the guest stay- monitoring and anticipating operational adjustments in co-operational with more senior management changes. Responds to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to the best of one’s ability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Previous supervisory or management experience in restaurant, banquet operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of computerized Point of Sales systems ( aloha, micros, squirrel – an asset)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality guest service.
