As the F&B Manager, you will lead the Food & Beverage department, overseeing strategy, operations, and administration to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and brand standards. You will drive financial performance, achieving budgeted revenue and profit targets while maintaining quality and cost control.
You will develop and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Banquets to maximize business results.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role
• Strong leadership and team development skills
