Responsibilities:

Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of our F&B outlets to ensure high food quality and exceptional service standards. You'll be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising staff, conducting performance evaluations, and providing constructive feedback.

Foster a positive work environment and teamwork while maintaining exceptional customer service standards and addressing customer complaints promptly. Develop and implement customer service training programs, collaborate with chefs to create appealing and cost-effective menus, and stay abreast of food trends.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and implement food safety programs. Promote sustainable practices by using locally sourced and eco-friendly products. Additionally, utilize technology to streamline operations and stay updated on industry advancements.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors degree in hospitality or related.
• Proven restaurant management experience
