What are my responsibilities?
As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will support our F&B team in delivering exceptional service across our outlets, including restaurant, bar, and events.
Your responsibilities include:
Assisting with daily restaurant and bar operations; Janine Restaurant & Bakery, Specht Lobby bar, Koepelcafe, CIMA rooftop bar
Welcoming and serving guests with a smile, looking for guest cues to anticipate guest needs
Supporting mise en place and operational preparations
Learning about menu knowledge, wine service, and upselling techniques
Contributing to memorable guest experiences
Supporting meetings, events, and banqueting operations
What makes you the perfect fit?
You have strong communication skills.
You are able to communicate fluently in English and preferably Dutch.
You love to work with food and beverages in a hotel and it’s your passion to create unique and personalized experiences.
You are flexible and can work various shifts (morning, evening, weekends).
You are available for 5 to 10 months.
