The Food & Beverage Host creates a warm, welcoming, and efficient first impression for all guests by greeting, seating, and supporting them throughout their dining experience. This role manages the restaurant’s seating flow using ProHost or other computerized reservation systems, provides menus and information on specials, and assists with guest inquiries or concerns. The Host helps maintain a clean and organized front‑of‑house environment, supports servers and bartenders with basic service tasks, and contributes to responsible alcohol service in accordance with EBCI liquor laws. The position upholds all regulatory, departmental, and company policies while promoting the service culture, values, and Code of Commitment of Caesars Entertainment.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Must be 18 years of age or older.
*Can be completed within 30 days of the hire date.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Strong guest service, communication, decision‑making, and teamwork skills; able to multitask, prioritize, and work closely with others while remaining adaptable, eager to learn, and receptive to direction.
Professional appearance with high personal hygiene standards; proficient with Microsoft applications, including Excel; extremely detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic and desire for continued growth.
Able to remain mobile throughout the casino, stand for extended periods, perform frequent physical movements, lift up to 25 pounds, and respond to visual and auditory cues.
Effective in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments; able to communicate clearly in English and follow instructions accurately.
Comfortable working amid varying noise, temperature, lighting, crowds, and air quality (including secondhand smoke), with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
