About the Role:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Operations Attendants to join our Operations team. As an Operations Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various areas of the Club, including Gaming, Reception, Food & Beverage, Promotions, General Duties and Functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality and customer service.

You will be responsible for providing friendly, professional service to members, guests and visitors while ensuring compliance with Club policies, procedures and legislative requirements.

In this role you will:

• • Deliver exceptional customer service to members, guests and visitors.
• • Assist across multiple operational areas including Gaming, Reception, Bars, Catering, Promotions and Functions.
• • Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems.
• • Support Club promotions, raffles, entertainment and events.
• • Maintain presentation, cleanliness and service standards throughout the Club.
• • Assist with food and beverage service, including table service and bar operations.
• • Respond to customer enquiries and escalate issues where required.
• • Support responsible service practices and compliance requirements.
• • Assist with gaming machine service requests and customer enquiries.
• • Promote a safe workplace and contribute to a positive team culture.
• • Follow Club procedures, policies and legislative requirements at all times

About You:

• • Previous experience in hospitality, clubs, gaming, customer service or food and beverage operations. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• • Professional presentation and grooming standards.
• • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• • Willingness to work across a variety of Club operational areas.
• • Availability to work across seven days, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• • Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards. Advanced RCG (advantage)
• • Current Driver Licence

Successful candidates will be required to complete a National Criminal History Record (Police) Check and an AML Check ( Ettalong Diggers will pay for this).
