  • Full Time position

  • $79,499+ (plus 12% Super)

A day in the life

The Food & Beverage Duty Manager (F&B Duty Manager) is responsible and accountable for managing effectively both restaurants, conference and events operations, in room dining, lounge, bars. This includes day to day function of all the outlets, conference and events and leadership to ensure high level of service to patrons is maintained as well as guide the future direction of the business to generate increased opportunities for the outlet.

We’re looking for…

  • Experience in leading a Food & Beverage team in a 4/5* hotel or resort.

  • Prior experience in staff management, training, and HR practices.

  • Excellent business acumen and experience in budgeting, planning, forecasting & controlling.

  • Strong knowledge of labour costs and other expenses.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and resolve complex issues.

  • The ability to build internal & external professional relationships.
