📍 Job Profile:

1. Title: Director of Food & Beverage
2. Function Area: Food & Beverage Management
3. Oversee all aspects of planning, operation, and service in the F&B department.
4. Reporting to: General Manager
5. Contract Duration: 2 Years
6. Work Cycle: 6 days a week
7. Status: Non-family, single traveler role
8. Salary: USD 5,000 per month
9. Performance-Based Bonus: 16.67% of annual gross salary

🎯 Essential Requirements:

1. Experience: 4+ years as Director of F&B, ideally in luxury or full-service environments.
2. Education: University degree (3 years) or Diploma (2.5 years) in a related field.
3. Languages: Proficiency in English (other languages a plus).
4. Skills: Financial management, menu costing, and expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. Personality: Team-oriented, empathetic, energetic, and extroverted.
6. Bonus Skills: Understanding of LQA standards, audit culture, and experience in developing F&B concepts.
