Delaware North Australia is recruiting Food & Beverage Attendants and Team Leaders to join our dynamic team at Perth Airport across a range of premium bars, cafés, and restaurants.

What you will do?

• Deliver outstanding food and beverage service across a variety of outlets
• Provide hands-on service, utilising your barista and bartending skills across bar and dining environments
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu offerings, confidently make recommendations and accommodate dietary requirements
• Create a welcoming, engaging and memorable guest experience
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and operational compliance
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

Team Leaders:

• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure service standards and operational procedures are consistently executed
• Support team capability through on-the-job coaching, training and performance guidance
• Drive sales through effective upselling and execution of promotional initiatives
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture

More about you

• Previous experience in food and beverage service within a volume driven venue
• Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety Certificates
• Team Leaders: Approved Manager’s Card and demonstrated leadership experience
• Barista and Bartender skills is highly desirable
• Passion for hospitality and creating expectational guest experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
