Located within The Westin Perth, Garum is an acclaimed Roman-inspired restaurant, renowned for its authentic cuisine, exceptional service, and sophisticated dining experience. As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Garum, you will create memorable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression on guests. You will deliver exceptional service and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and engaging restaurant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences through warm, genuine and attentive service
• Understand guest preferences and deliver service excellence with every interaction
• Confidently explain menu items, beverage offerings and daily specials
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure smooth dinner service
• Prepare and maintain restaurant stations, ensuring tables are set to the highest standard

About you

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, café, or hotel food & beverage environment is highly regarded
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine connections with guests and colleagues
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and remains calm under pressure
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Self-motivated, proactive, and always willing to lend a helping hand
• Well-presented with a professional and positive attitude
• Valid working rights in Australia
