Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Guest Service: Deliver warm, attentive and efficient service, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
• Food & Beverage Service: Assist with the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages in line with hotel standards.
• Cleanliness & Presentation: Maintain clean, organised and well-presented dining and service areas throughout the shift.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a good understanding of menu items, beverages and dietary requirements to confidently assist guests.
• Efficiency & Safety: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 months of full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
• Be physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining the presentation, setup, and cleanliness of dining areas.
• Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexible availability to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• For breakfast operations, availability to work early morning shifts is essential.
• Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain one, where required.
