Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Full Time Barista to join our Royal Adelaide Hospital team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality coffee experiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based and specialty coffee drinks to a consistently high standard
  • Operate and maintain commercial coffee machines and grinders
  • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Support café operations including food handling, POS transactions, and general service duties
  • Follow safety, quality, and food handling procedures

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience as a barista in a busy café or hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
  • Food Handling Certificate and barista training are a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality service
