As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service to our customers while maintaining high standards of food safety and compliance. This dynamic role requires initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.
Handle financial management and cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Uphold high customer service standards, delivering a memorable experience for every guest.
Maintain flexible availability, including weekends and peak periods.
A proven track record in food and beverage service, preferably in high-volume settings
At least 1 year working as a barista would be preferable.
Proven ability to maintain high standards in a cafe or hospitality environment.
Excellent interpersonal abilities and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
The ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Strong multi-tasking abilities and effective prioritization skills.
A team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellence.
