We're currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. Whether you're looking to build a career in hospitality or bring your existing experience to a leading resort destination, we'd love to hear from you.

A day in the role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences across our dining outlets, events and guest service areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and serving members, guests and visitors with genuine hospitality
  • Taking food and beverage orders and processing transactions through POS systems
  • Running food and beverages and delivering efficient table service
  • Preparing and serving coffee, beverages and bar items
  • Setting and clearing tables and maintaining presentation standards
  • Assisting with functions, events, banquets and special occasions
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment
  • Building rapport with guests and creating memorable experiences
  • Identifying upselling opportunities and promoting resort offerings

What you'll bring

We're looking for team players who enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering great service.

You'll have:

  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
  • Previous hospitality, food & beverage or customer service experience will be highly regarded
