Foundry Kitchen & Bar is where honest food meets genuine hospitality. Right in the heart of the hotel, we serve up hearty classics, generous plates, and cold drinks poured with quiet pride — the kind of meals people don't have to think twice about.

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service across our restaurant and bar, ensuring every guest experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver promptly
  • Set up and reset tables, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and specials
  • Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
  • Follow all hygiene, food safety, and workplace health & safety procedures

Qualifications

About You

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential)
  • A positive attitude with a genuine passion for guest service
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • RSA certification (required)
